Jolly Trolley will assess all claims relating to defective or damaged products.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

To log a claim, customers must email admin@jollytrolley.co.za with:

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photos/videos

If a valid defect is confirmed within the 7-day purchase period, Jolly Trolley will cover the courier cost related to the return.

Once reviewed, Jolly Trolley will contact the customer with the outcome and next steps.
