Secure Payment
How long does it take to process an order?
1. Standard Online Orders
- Payment made our website should reflect immediately, if you opt to do an EFT payment, please send Proof of Payment either to our WhatsApp number: 071 672 6751 with your order number or to our email: info@terracruze.co.za along with your order number.
- EFT payments take between 2-3 business days to reflect.
- Once payment is confirmed to have been received, orders are processed. Any orders placed and payed after 13:00 will be processed for shipping the following business day.
- Orders take between 3-5 business days to be delivered, we make use of Aramex as our preffered courier service provider.
2. Custom Order
- Please send an email to: info@terracruze.co.za and we will be able to assist you with your custom order request.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we unfortunately do not. We only ship within South African borders.
Track Order
How can I check the status of my order?
1. Check Your Email
- We will send a confirmation email when your order is placed.
- A shipping or tracking email will be sent once your order is on its way.
- Look for the tracking number and track your order movement with Aramex.
2. Use the Tracking Number
- Once your order has shipped, you can track it via the ARAMEX website.
- Enter the tracking number to see real-time updates on location and expected delivery.
3. Contact Customer Service
- If you can’t find information via email, send us an email or WhatsApp.
- Provide your order number to get updates on your order.
What should I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially during busy seasons. If the status remains unchanged for more than 3 days, feel free to contact our support team; we’ll help you check the progress of your order and ensure it’s on the way to you.
Orders & Shipping
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
1. In-Store Pickup:
Customers can opt to collect their orders directly from our offices at Kido Co. Baby and Toddler in Irene, Centurion. Please wait for a confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup before arriving at the store.
2. Standard Delivery:
- Flat rate: R160 nationwide.
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.
3. Order Processing Times
- Standard Deliveries: Orders placed before 13h00 will be processed the same day.Orders placed after 13h00 will be processed the next working day.
Processing occurs Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
4. Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and popular digital wallets, as well as EFT payments making checkout fast and secure. All payments are encrypted to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Warranty:
At Terra Cruze, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Terra Cruze trolleys and components include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and workmanship faults.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty workmanship
- Defects in materials under normal intended use
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, overloading, accidents, or improper handling
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly or modifications
- Cosmetic damage resulting from normal use
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, improper storage, or lack of care
- Wheels or components worn through regular terrain use
Terra Cruze products are designed for outdoor and terrain-based use, and signs of reasonable use over time are considered normal.
All weight capacities provided are based on evenly distributed loads and intended use of the product.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact our support team with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos/videos of the issue
- A brief description of the fault
Approved warranty claims may be repaired, replaced, or supplied with replacement parts at Terra Cruze’s discretion.
Returns
- Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Contact us at info@terracruze.co.za for any Terra Cruze being returned under a valid warranty claim.
- If the warranty is approved Terra Cruze will contact the customer to make further arrangements.
- Cost of goods returning with courier will be at the customers cost.
If a Terra Cruze trolley is returned under warranty Terra Cruze will either:
1. Repair:
Repairs are available if the repair team evaluated the trolley and the problem was a manufacturing fault. If the damage is not from a manufacturing default Terra Cruze will quote the customer first on the cost for repairing the Terra Cruze.
The Terra Cruze will be repaired as arranged with the customer. Repairs take 14 business days to complete from day of receiving the Terra Cruze trolley.
Replace with a new Jolly Trolley:
At Terra Cruze's discretion - a faulty Terra Cruze can be replaced with an exact same model.
2. Refund:
Handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods will be charge for refunds.
Refunds will be done 7 days after the refund was approved. All refund requests must me emailed to info@terracruze.co.za
Account Info
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, save your shipping details.
How do I update my account details?
You can update your name, email, password, or saved addresses by logging into your account dashboard.
All changes are saved immediately and used for your future orders.
