Return & Refunds Policy
Terra Cruze products are designed for limited-weight, recreational use only.
By using a Terra Cruze, the user accepts full responsibility for its use. Terra Cruze, its owners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any claims, damages (direct or indirect), injury, or death arising from the use, misuse, non-recommended use, or use at the user’s own discretion.
Defective or Damaged Goods
Terra Cruze will assess all claims relating to defective or damaged products.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- To log a claim, customers must email info@terracruze.co.za with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos/videos
If a valid defect is confirmed within the 7-day purchase period, Terra Cruze will cover the courier cost related to the return.
Once reviewed, Terra Cruze will contact the customer with the outcome and next steps.
Change of Mind Returns
If a customer wishes to return a product due to a change of mind (i.e. the product is no longer wanted),
- The return request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All courier or transport costs to return the product to Terra Cruze are for the customer’s account.
Courier Costs (All Other Returns & Claims)
All courier/shipping costs related to returns, repairs, or exchanges are for the customer’s account.
This includes warranty claims submitted after the 7-day purchase period, even if the product is found to be defective.
Approved Warranty Outcomes
If a claim is approved, Terra Cruze will proceed with one of the following at its discretion:
- Repair
- The product will first be assessed for repair.
- Where possible, the Terra Cruze will be repaired.
- If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, a quote will be provided before proceeding.
- Replacement
- A replacement will only be considered if the product cannot be repaired.
- Replacement will be with the same model or an equivalent, depending on stock availability.
- Refund
- Approved refunds are subject to a 20% handling fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after approval.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@terracruze.co.za.
